Amendments to registration
Any amendments must be submitted, in writing, to the meeting organisers. Amendments will be accepted until 11:59pm (EST) – Friday, October 2, 2026. No charge will be made for amendments to registration for name changes or substitutions. Email Office@clinicalcmegroup.com
Cancellations and refunds
Notification of cancellation must be sent, in writing, to Office@clinicalcmegroup.com. Cancellations will be accepted until 11:59pm (EST) – Friday, September 11, 2026 with a refund of all pre-paid registration fees (minus any payment fees). We cannot guarantee that payments for hotel rooms booked in addition will be refunded. No refund for cancellations will be made after this date, but named substitutions can be made.
Meeting participation disclaimer
Clinical CME Group, LLC and its contractors will be photographing and/or videotaping educational / industry sessions and events. By attending this congress, attendees acknowledge these activities and agree to allow their image to be used by Clinical CME Group, LLC in publications, on websites and social media, and in marketing and promotional materials. Attendees at All About Hypersomnia Congress 2026 waive all claims against Clinical CME Group, LLC for any liability resulting from these uses.
Photography / Recording policy
Only Clinical CME Group, LLC and approved contractors are permitted to photograph and/or record video of presenters at All About Hypersomnia Congress 2026. No photographs of presentation slides or posters may be taken unless express permission is given by the presenter. When permitted, photography is only allowed for personal, social, or non-commercial use. Attendees may not use flash photography during sessions or otherwise distract the presenters and/or other attendees. Violation of this policy may result in removal from this congress.
What on-demand access includes
Access covers every recording in the on-demand library, including recordings added during your access period. Access starts on the day you buy it and lasts for the length of the pass you choose. Recordings are for your own personal viewing.
No CE credit
On-demand access is for viewing only. CE credit, certificates and CME claims are not available for watching the recordings.
Refunds
Because access starts straight away, purchases are not refundable. If a recording will not play and we cannot fix the problem, contact us and we will put it right or refund you.
Sharing your access
Your access is for you alone. Please do not share your sign-in or the recordings. We may end access that is being shared.
How we use your details
We use your name and email address to give you access and to send you your access details. Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.
